At The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea is in its original heat-sealed packaging and securely box the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return to our warehouse using a tracked postal service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
